These terms cover your use of Heartwise (“Heartwise”, “we”, “us”), available at myheartwise.com. By using the site or buying a Heartwise Deep Dive, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Heartwise.

What Heartwise is

Heartwise provides AI-assisted reflection on relationship patterns. You answer a set of questions and describe what has been happening, and Heartwise writes back a read: an interpretation of the patterns that may be present, written for reflection and personal insight.

The free Relationship Read is a shorter overview. The Heartwise Deep Dive is a paid, one-time purchase that looks more closely at what may be driving the pattern and what you might do next.

What Heartwise is not

Heartwise is not therapy, counselling, medical care, psychological assessment or diagnosis, legal advice, or emergency or crisis support.

Heartwise does not diagnose you or your partner. It does not determine whether someone is cheating, lying, abusive, narcissistic, or living with any psychological condition, and it will not tell you that they are.

Heartwise does not tell you to stay in or leave a relationship. Decisions about your relationship, your safety, and your life remain entirely yours.

If you are in danger, contact local emergency services or someone you trust. Where professional support would help, please seek it — Heartwise is not a substitute for qualified help.

About the AI-generated read

Reads are generated by an AI model from what you submit. They may contain errors, may miss context, and may offer interpretations that do not accurately reflect your situation. Treat a read as one perspective to think with, not as fact and not as a verdict about anyone.

You are responsible for how you use, share, or act on anything a read says.

What you submit

You are responsible for the information you provide, and for making sure it is yours to share. Please do not submit unnecessary identifying details or highly sensitive information about other people — the read does not need names, addresses, contact details, or documents to be useful.

You agree not to misuse the service: no unlawful use, fraud or spam, infringement of anyone else's rights, attempts to interfere with or probe our systems, automated scraping, or attempts to resell or redistribute Heartwise output as your own product.

Purchases and payments

The Heartwise Deep Dive is a one-time purchase priced at $5.99 USD. There is no subscription and nothing recurring.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, tax and cancellation mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms at paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

Availability and changes

We do not guarantee that Heartwise will be uninterrupted or error-free. The service, its content and its features may be updated, changed or discontinued over time, and these terms may be updated to reflect that.

We may suspend or end access where there is material breach of these terms, non-payment, fraud or security risk, or repeated misuse.

Intellectual property

Heartwise owns the service, its software, design and branding. You keep what you write. Buying a Deep Dive gives you a personal, non-exclusive right to use your own read — not a right to resell or republish Heartwise's materials.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Heartwise disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, it is not excluded. Otherwise our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
