Heartwise only works if you can be honest. That requires knowing exactly what happens to what you write.
What we store
Your assessment answers, the words you write, and the read generated from them. They are tied to your account and protected so that only you can retrieve them.
What we never do
We don't sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use your relationship details to market to you. We don't contact anyone in your relationship, ever.
Why we ask for an account
So your read stays yours. An account is what lets us keep your answers private to you and let you return to a read later.
Deleting your data
You can ask us to delete your account and everything stored with it. Once deleted, your answers and reads are gone from our systems.
A boundary worth naming
Heartwise is not therapy, counselling, or a diagnosis, and it does not replace professional support. If you are in danger, contact local emergency services or someone you trust.
